Acend Digital provides SEO, AI search optimisation and web design services to businesses in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Acend Digital. You can contact us about privacy at contact@acenddigital.com.

2. Data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to share with us or that is needed to run our website:

• When you contact us: your name, phone number, email address, company, website and the content of your message, sent by WhatsApp, phone, email or through our forms.
• When you become a client: business and contact details, access you give us to tools such as Google Search Console or your website, and billing details needed for invoices.
• When you browse our website: technical information that web servers and services normally receive, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

3. How our contact forms work

Our contact forms do not send your message to a database on our website. When you submit a form, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it. Once sent, the message is handled by WhatsApp or your email provider under their own privacy policies, and we receive it in the same way as any other message.

4. Data stored in your browser

Our website saves a small amount of information in your browser’s local storage so that it works the way you expect:

• Your theme choice (light or dark).
• Your answers and score in our free SEO checklist.

This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

5. Third-party services

Our website is built on WordPress and loads some resources from third parties. For example, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Links to WhatsApp, Google, Instagram and TikTok take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy before or when we do.

6. How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare audits and quotes.
• To provide the services you ask for and report on them.
• To send invoices and keep business records.
• To keep our website secure and working properly.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements. When we no longer need data, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it.
